Earth - For Oily Skin - Derived from volcanic ash, this clay deeply cleans and tightens, reducing the appearance of pores; it is a powerful clay for use in drawing out impurities from the skin, increasing circulation and improving sluggish complexions.
Sea - Normal to Oily Skin - A gentle clay that gets it's coloration from iron oxide and decomposed plant matter. Use for overall skin revitalization. Rejuvinating, healing and great for pore cleansing. Does not over-dry skin, yet effectively clears impurities and stimulates circulation.
Petal - Dry to Normal Skin - A mild kaolin clay that gently cleanses and exfoliates while improving the skin’s circulation.
How to Use: Clay must be kept dry and should never be mixed with metal spoons or stored in metal containers; the only materials that should be used in preparation or storage are wooden spoons or glass stirrers, and glass or ceramic containers. It is thought that the clay loses its beneficial electromagnetic qualities through contact with metal. Mix 2 tablespoons clay with 2 tablespoons Flower Water, to form a paste. Once mixed, apply directly onto skin. Keep away from eye area. Allow clay to dry 5 - 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water and follow with Toner and Facial Moisturizer. For best results use once or twice a week. Pregnant or lactating, or those with known medical conditions should consult with a physician prior to using product.
